Mark Rawlins Founder, President, and CEO
With a career managing MLM and network marketing companies that spans more than twenty-four years, Mark Rawlins is recognized as one of the pioneers and dominant leaders in the industry's software sector. Prior to founding InfoTrax Systems in 1998 as a company focused on delivering a complete, integrated software platform for the direct selling industry, Rawlins spent eighteen years in executive positions at 20/21 Software, Inc., ultimately becoming the company's CEO, where he and his team delivered early solutions for telephone-based order processing systems, credit card authorization and acceptance systems, and Internet-based communication tools. Rawlins studied computer science at Utah State University. He is considered the market expert on commission design and implementation. He is a respected presenter and has been published dozens of times including his 2002 book entitled Understanding Multi-Level Commissions and Their Role in a Successful Company.
Bob Head CTO, VP Network Systems
Bob Head's software development career spans more than twenty years. He has served as CTO for InfoTrax Systems since the company's inception in 1998. Prior to InfoTrax, Head co-owned Threshold Inc., a technology company that marketed a system development package called C/Script and provided custom programming services. Prior to Threshold, Head was the Vice President of Development for CS Labs. He began his career as the Manager of the Micro Computer Division of Commercial Systems, Inc. Head holds a bachelors degree in business from Auburn University and a law degree from Faulkner University.
Gary Wilkins Vice President, Finance and Operations
Gary Wilkins joined InfoTrax Systems at the time of the company's founding in 1998. Wilkins has responsibility for all of the company's finance, human resources, and internal operations. Prior to joining InfoTrax, Wilkins was involved in the MLM industry where he managed client and support services for 20/21 Software, Inc. from 1993 until 1997. Prior to this, Wilkins served in the United States Air Force for twenty years. He held several command, support, and training positions and retired with the rank of Lt. Colonel. Wilkins holds a Bachelors degree in marketing from Utah State University and an MBA from Boston University.
Mitch Stowell Vice President, Consulting Services
Mitch Stowell joined InfoTrax Systems at the time of its founding in 1998. Stowell has company responsibility for all consulting services functions. Prior to InfoTrax, he was Vice President of software development for MLM software firm 20/21 Software, Inc. From 1993 to 1996 he was Director of software development for Information Access Technology, a company that developed predictive dialing systems for the collection industry. Earlier in his career, Stowell was co-founder of Partner Systems, a software company that developed medical management systems. Partner Systems was one of the early pioneers of bar code use for data entry by physicians. Stowell studied computer science at Brigham Young University and is widely respected for his expertise in simplifying, standardizing, and improving the maintainability of enterprise software systems.
Russell Springer Vice President, Client Services
Russell Springer is responsible for all Client Services at InfoTrax. He brings 30 years of finance and operations experience to InfoTrax, having spent the majority of his career at Ford Motor Company in the Finance, North American and International Sales Operations. He also has extensive experience with small business operations having been involved with small businesses throughout the United States. Russell holds a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from Brigham Young University.
Debby Foley Vice President, Application Development
Debby Foley is responsible for Software Application Development at InfoTrax. She brings over 25 years of software design, development, and management experience to InfoTrax, having spent over 15 of these years working at NCR Corporation and WESCO Distribution, Inc. Debby joined InfoTrax in 1999, and holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
Craig Wennerholm Vice President, Sales
Craig Wennerholm is responsible for Sales at InfoTrax. He brings 12 years of Fortune 500 sales & marketing and operations experience to InfoTrax, having worked with the Omnicom Group, a global marketing conglomerate and Joy Technologies Inc, the world leader in mining and environmental systems. Craig joined InfoTrax in 1998 at the time of its founding as Vice President of Business Development. Craig holds a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Alan Pollard Vice President, Marketing
Alan Pollard is responsible for Marketing, Product Management and Sales Force Development at InfoTrax. Prior to joining InfoTrax in 2002, Alan built multiple US and international VAR distribution channels in technology and communications. His career has focused on early growth companies with a strong focus on systematic processes for business development, marketing, and recruiting. Alan holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Southern California, in Marketing.
Tate Clement Vice President, Professional Services
Tate Clement is responsible for the Project Management and System Implementation functions at InfoTrax. He brings 14 years of operations and marketing experience to InfoTrax, having spent over 10 years of his career in the MLM industry working for such companies as Melaleuca, ShapeRite, and Young Living, in addition to consulting with several start-up companies. Tate joined InfoTrax in 2004 and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
