Project Manager

Seeking a full time software development project manager. Successful candidates should have 3-5 years minimum experience with project management, exceptional leadership skills and commitment to get the job done right. Job Description
Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of tracking projects from concept through development, quality assurance, delivery and post-delivery analysis. Project managers drive project success by working closely with account managers, developers, and clients to facilitate efficient project workflow.

Responsibilities

• Taking projects from conception through completion, on schedule and on budget
• Requirements gathering / documentation
• Managing tasks, timelines and deliverables
• Facilitating client and project team communications
• Identifying potential problems and resolving issues
• Maintaining overall quality control and testing process
• Project accounting

Requirements

• 3-5 years project management experience preferably in a software or web development company
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Strong oral and written communication skills / ability to communicate with clients and staff
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to manage software and web related projects from inception to completion

• Multi-level Marketing / Direct Sales Corporate Experience
• Multi-level Marketing / Direct Sales Distributor Experience
• Programming, server admin or other technical experience
