If the viewer responds, then a record for that viewer is created within Prospect Manager. Follow-up emails are automatically sent to the prospect, with all management and tracking of the prospect being done as a part of the InfoTrax Prospect Manager interface. This integration allows customers to create dynamic multimedia presentations delivered over the Internet and follow-up with an automated method of cultivating the associated sales leads.
