InfoTrax Systems Releases Major Enhancements to its Party-Plan BackOffice Software

SOLUTION DRAMATICALLY DECREASES THE TRANSACTION COSTS FOR TRADITIONAL PARTY-PLAN COMPANIES

With this release come significant enhancements to the Party-Plan functionality of the industry-acclaimed software package.

The Party-Plan functionality of the InfoTrax BackOffice includes the following:

Web-based Online Management: Ability for distributors to manage parties, orders, payments, and shipments all from an online browser.

Hostess Gifts: Support for hostess gifts, hostess credits, and hostess promotions. Can be accomplished at various levels (i.e. distributor, hostess, attendees). Includes the ability to provide commissions and purchase discounts by volume and for specific items.

Commission Processing: The ability to pay commissions to various Party-Plan levels.

Consolidated Party Order: Ability to tie orders to distributors, hostesses, and attendees

Single Order Processing: Closing a party allows all orders for that specific party to be processed in a single transaction. Also includes the ability to process mixed payment types.

Country Specific Promotions: Special promotions can be tied to specific countries, allowing greater flexibility in a company's global expansion.

Information Views: Ability to see all orders, track retail profit, amount invoiced, products released to shipping, consolidated packing lists and invoices, and individual packing lists and invoices.

Reports: Reports that provide information on shipment tracking, genealogies, and more.
